Standards and Curriculum
The primary purpose of the Standards and Curriculum Committee is to maintain oversight of Federation policies with student centred content with a view to ensuring the effective implementation of those Federation aims that relate to student support matters. The committee considers matters relating to the impact on students with a view to ensuring a co-ordinated and effective response where necessary. The Standards and Curriculum committee deals with matters relating to inclusion, student performance, curriculum, learning support, safeguarding and reviews allocated policies on behalf of the Full Governing Body.
The primary purpose of the Resources Committee is to suggest recommendations to and make appropriate decisions on behalf of the Full Governing Body on all matters relating to finance, personnel and premises management across the Federation. In consultation with the Full Governing Body and Federation Senior Leadership Team, the Resources Committee prepares and monitors the Federation budget, staffing and premises/sites to ensure value for money and effectiveness is achieved. The Resources Committee also reviews allocated policies on behalf of the Full Governing Body.
